The main part of making render realistic is setting right parameters in Color Mapping, GI and find the right lightning setup for our scene (HDRI or Vray Sun+Vray Lights in windows - I used one of these two). If you want to learn something about Vray I suggest to read Vray manual with its tutorials [link] . If you have some questions feel free to ask
